Cancellation Policy
After payment, your booking will be instantly confirmed. *All sessions are minimum two hours. Additional time can be added in hourly increments. Sessions times include arrival and preparation for recording time. We typically allocate 15-30 minutes for setup. Contact us with any additional questions ahead of booking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
